Put Simply... This training develops and reveals your real true functional strength at moving real objects from the ground to overhead or from point A to point B. Squats and Bench Presses are great but moving heavy awkward objects, things you would actually run into in real life, really reveals not only your strength but your endurance and determination. It is just you against that object and only one of you are going to win.
That's right...you are going to fail at some of these lifts. We all have weaknesses...it doesn't matter if you are new to working out or you are a professional athlete. Failing in these lifts are going to expose those weaknesses, whether it be strength, mobility, agility, speed or conditioning. In exposing these weaknesses we will learn what needs to be fixed and improved upon. Failure is the greatest teacher of all...you can't win if you don't fail. We intend to make you a winner!
