So you may be wondering who I am and what is so different about me...

My name is Brian Jones. If you have lived in the Fort Smith/River Valley Area during the last 20 years chances are you know me or know someone who has trained with me. I train all demographics from children to senior citizens; from weekend runners to world champion athletes. I have dedicated my career to improving and developing people from all walks of life to their fullest potential. I won't promise you any magic results. I won't promise you any unrealistic progress in 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or a month. I won't back up any fad supplements or bogus procedures. I won't tell you what you want to hear just to get your credit card for a limited time program only to have you discouraged or dejected. AGAIN...

Every person featured in my videos and pictures are actual people who have been training with me. I don't need stock photos downloaded from the internet or fitness models. My clients using my training systems and seeing consistent results are the exemplification of my work. No fancy gadgets and no false promises necessary. Workouts designed to make you leaner, faster and stronger are what you will get when you train with me.

Q: Is there any additional charges or conditions or long term commitments?

A: Absolutely not. We don't believe in misleading or confusing offers, there are no catches or tricks. You will get a special offer for your first week. If you decide this is for you can choose the pricing option that is best for you. If you decide that BDJ Fitness isn't for you then there is no additional obligation to continue. It doesn't get any simpler than that...

Q: Will I be able to do the workouts even if I have never worked out before? 

A: Yes. We have people of all ages and fitness levels. My job as a personal trainer is to push you to make progress and encourage you to leave your comfort zone, not injure you or discourage you. We recognize that each individual has a different fitness level. All of our workouts are scaled to each individual person's fitness level to promote progress and prevent injury.

 Q: What do I need to bring?

 A: All you need is some comfortable workout clothes, tennis shoes and a positive attitude and a smile. We provide free towels and sell bottled water and gatorade but you are always welcome to bring your own if you prefer. 

Q: What times are the workout sessions?

A: Our current group times are 5:45am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 10:00am, 4:00 pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.

Q: Do I have to pick just one specific time on the schedule or can I come at different times on different days?

A: We realize that no one has an easy schedule these days with work and kids and other obligations. We don't restrict our clients to specific times and days. If you want to come early morning on one day and afternoon or evening on another day you have that option.

Q: Where are you located?

A: BDJ Fitness & Boxing trains exclusively at The Iron Warehouse Gym at 5300 Wheeler Avenue in Fort Smith. The Iron Warehouse Gym is a 24 hour clean modern air conditioned training facility equipped with high quality equipment and locker rooms.

p.s. Remember I only have 5 spots available! There are only so many hours in the day and I work most of them. There are only 7 days a week and I am in the gym 6 of them.
